Most of the visible disagreement-at least in the United States-occurs at the process level, in the assignment of priorities and in the choice of strategies: for example, in the supposed tradeoff between "environment and jobs," or in the choice whether to develop social policies that are future-oriented rather than those that are politically expedient, but short-sighted.

A proper relationship can be achieved only by obedience to God's commandments and membership in God's favored tribe.
